The horizontal line can be read as quickly as our to consume demands.
We do not walk around things.
We drive past them.
We are still and the world is moving past us
.

Distance is the absence of vertical or angled parts.
The ups and downs are irritants to speed.
The signal
The flash
The hum
The frequency
The thrill
The spinal column.
The things to which we are reduced
